    • Nadia Nasoetion was awarded a Bachelor's Degree in Law by the University of Indonesia in 1998, and went on to earn an LL.M. Degree in Tax Law at the London School of Economics, in 2003. This followed her selection for a Chevening Award scholarship in 2002.

      Nadia is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association, or PERADI, and also belongs to the Indonesian Legal Counsel Association, or Ikatan Penasehat Hukum Indonesia, IPHI. She is also a member in good standing of the Indonesian Chapter of the International Fiscal Association.

      Her experience began with the legal aspects of real estate projects, including development, planning and land use. She has dealt with real estate finance, and has also supervised real estate sales and acquisitions.>

      She previously worked in a major Indonesian firm allied with an international legal firm in U.S.A. Nadia is skilled in banking and finance work. This has included mergers and acquisitions, loan syndications, debt restructuring, acquisition finance, mergers and project financing.

      She has profound experience in corporate and debt restructuring work on major projects in Indonesia. She currently works in structuring financial and corporate activities for key Indonesian corporations and for multinational companies with operations in Indonesia.
    • Genio Atyanto majored in Business Law in the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, which awarded him a Master of Law Degree in 2003. He had also secured a Bachelor of Economics Degree in 1999, majoring in Financial Management, and a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University the same year.

      He too belongs to the Indonesian Advocates Association, and is a Registered Legal Consultant with the Financial Services Authority, or OJK (ex-BAPEPAM-LK). He is also a member of the Indonesia Capital Market Legal Consultants' Association.

      In recent years Genio has worked with Indonesian legal firms allied to major U.S.A. and U.K.-based 'magic circle' legal enterprises, handling major corporate accounts. He has experience in various capital market transactions, mergers & acquisitions, banking and general corporate commercial work. His expertise is acknowledged in structuring transactions, providing legal advice and expert drafting and negotiating transcation documents, preparing prospectuses or offering memoranda for securities offers, organizing information for shareholders, in the framework of material transactions or conflict of interest transactions, along with manifold other matters relating to initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, bond issuances and other corporate actions as conducted by public or private firms.>
